2. Shipping
All orders for our physical products are processed and shipped within 5–20 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few additional days. You will be notified via email if your shipment experiences a significant delay.

3. Wrong address disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly. If you realize an error, please contact our shipping partner immediately. While we do our best to process orders quickly, there's only a small window for corrections.

4. Undeliverable orders
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses are subject to a restocking fee, to be determined by the seller.

5. Lost/stolen packages
revivalofwisdom.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local authorities or postal carrier. You may also reach out to our partner for support.

6. Return request period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unopened and unused. Please contact the seller directly to initiate a return process.

7. Out of stock items
If part of your order is out of stock, our partner may choose to delay shipment until all items are available. You will be notified if this occurs.

8. Import duties and taxes
Taxes and import duties are handled in two ways:

• They may be pre-paid and included in the product price, or
• They may be charged upon arrival in the destination country (depending on local laws).
